윤해운대갈비는 해운대 암소갈비집의 글로벌 브랜드로, 캐주얼함과 고급스러움이 공존하는 동시에 소중한 사람들과 편안하게 즐길 수 있는 한식 레스토랑입니다. 하우스오브 신세계의 윤해운대갈비는 부산 본점의 분위기를 모티브로 하였습니다. 부산 본점은 낮은 채색으로 인해 마치 한 점의 ‘수묵화’ 를 연상시킵니다. ‘수묵화’는 채색을 가하지 않고 먹의 농담을 이용하여 그린 그림입니다. 윤해운대 갈비는 낮은 채색의 재료와 ‘먹의 농담’을 다양한 빛으로 표현하여 공간마다 비일상적인 경험을 느낄 수 있게 디자인 하였습니다. 윤해운대갈비를 방문하시는 모든 분들이 환상적인 맛과 비일상적인 공간을 경험할 수 있게 되기를 바랍니다.
Yoon Haeundae Galbi is the global brand of Haeundae Galbi, a Korean BBQ restaurant that perfectly blends casual comfort with luxury. It is a space where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your loved ones in a relaxed atmosphere. The Yoon Haeundae Galbi at House of Shinsegae is inspired by the ambiance of the original restaurant in Busan. The Busan flagship features a muted color palette that evokes the feeling of a "sumukhwa" (Korean ink wash painting). Sumukhwa is a traditional painting technique that uses varying shades of ink without any added color. At Yoon Haeundae Galbi, we have translated this concept into the design of our space, using subdued materials and the "shades of ink" in various lighting to create an extraordinary, immersive experience in every corner of the restaurant.
