해당 사이트는 완만한 경사로에 위치해있다. 경사진 도로에서 내가 서있는 지점과 바라보는 곳의 기준이 달라 건물의 스케일감이 보다 거대하게 다가온다. 해당 건축물은 하나의 색상을 가지고 있다. 그러나 상부, 중간부, 하단부를 나누고 상부로 갈수록 점차 형태가 돌출되는 형태는 경사진 외부 환경과 더불어 건물을 더 강조하는 효과를 불러 일으킨다. 보행자들이 경사진 도로를 거닐면서 시선이 닿는 건물의 모서리는 예각, 사각, 둔각의 모서리를 적층의 형식으로 경험하고 다채로운 이미지를 선사한다.
